The data controller for Talor services is Talor, Inc. (or its designated affiliate). Privacy inquiries and rights requests can be sent to support@talor.dev with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email, username, password hash.
- Profile and content data: posts, works, images, descriptions, comments, messages, offers, and transaction-related communications.
- Transaction data: order details, payment status, refunds.
- Usage data: interactions with the app such as browsing, clicks, messages, offers, and transaction activity.
- Technical data: IP address, device info, app logs, cookie or identifier data.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide and secure the service.
- Enable discovery, communication, and transactions.
- Prevent fraud and enforce policies.
- Improve product performance and user experience.
- Send service notices and updates.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Talor does not store or have access to full payment card details.

Talor may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support, and payment processing providers such as Stripe), legal authorities when required, or as part of business transactions such as mergers or acquisitions.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection rights where applicable by law. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
You may delete your account directly within the app or request data deletion by contacting support@talor.dev.
8. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Where required by applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, eligible residents may request access, correction, deletion, and portability, and may appeal certain request denials by contacting support@talor.dev.
9. Request Verification and Response Timing
Talor may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of requesters before disclosing or deleting data. We aim to respond within timelines required by applicable law, and may extend the response period where legally permitted with notice to the requester.
10. Security
Talor uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be fully secure.
11. Children
Talor is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If collected in error, data will be deleted.
12. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
13. Changes
Talor may update this policy with a revised effective date.
